New Born Agency
Located in Suharekë, the project introduces a strong civic presence through a contemporary architectural language shaped by rhythm, materiality and transparency. The building is conceived as a recognizable urban landmark while maintaining a welcoming relationship with its surroundings.
The façade is defined by a sequence of vertical brick elements that give the volume depth, proportion and a distinctive visual character. Large glazed surfaces are positioned between these structural rhythms, allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the interior while creating a sense of openness and connection between inside and outside.
The contrast between warm masonry, dark glazing and more restrained contemporary volumes creates a balanced composition that feels both institutional and approachable. Architecture, landscape and access areas are treated as part of a unified public environment.
Rhythm, transparency
and civic identity.
The concept is built around a clear vertical rhythm that gives the building its architectural identity. Repeated brick elements create depth and movement across the façade, while generous glazed surfaces introduce transparency, light and visual openness.
The composition balances monumentality with accessibility, creating a building that establishes a strong presence within its context without becoming visually closed or imposing. Material contrast and carefully controlled proportions reinforce a contemporary civic character designed to remain recognizable over time.
